This is my first English post on my blog, the first question is obviously, why? And the answer is really easy, because we have to create a blog or website at one of my classes (Education Technology), so it is easier to post in English and not to create a new blog.
I made my own blog last semester, because my sisters always told me to get one. I created a group on Facebook with the name "Bence USA", where I always write and upload pictures about my life here in the US, but here I can write longer reports about my "life".
My next post will be about our conference championship with the swim team, because it is getting closer and closer... We have 2 weeks left until leaving to Cleveland, Mississippi, where the next conference will be located. The same place as last year, and I can admit that Delta State University has a really fascinating and fast pool.
I will probably swim 4 individual events (100, 200 breaststroke, 200 butterfly, 200 IM) and two relays (200, 400 medley).
One of my goals is obviously to get some new personal records. The second one is to have the school record also at the 200 breaststroke, after I broke the record at the 100 breaststroke last year. If I could make these two things, I would be really happy, but I still have another goal, to make Nationals and swim in Cleveland, Ohio about 1,5 weeks later after our conference is done.
We will see what will happen, but we have already started the taper (preparing for the conference), and I feel in a good shape so far.
